Book Dunluce as a Venue and create your own "'POP-UP EVENT" or for an additional fee let us customise your experience, and tailor it to perfection with personal attention and consultation.

*Being that this is a private family home photo shoots, films and events must be tasteful, classy and 'restrained' in content.
Included with your "POP-UP EVENT" is up to 1 hour consultation including correspondence, face-to-face meetings, and viewing the venue. Within reason, any time spent outside of this will need to be charged at the hourly consult fee of $80 per hour. This included consult will be our opportunity to go through any necessary general planning on our end and show you Dunluce's possibilities and also any possible limitations. Hiring Dunluce for your 'POP-UP-Event' assumes you are the Event Coordinator and are responsible for the entire planning and execution outside of agreed venue responsibilities. Also included in your "POP-UP-EVENT" is a 1 hour set-up window and 1 hour post event 'bump out'. Any time used outside of this will also incur an $80 per hour fee, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please enquire for a quote if you wish Dunluce to organise the finer details of your event such as any catering.
Businesses wishing to hold events at Dunluce must hold their own event insurance. Dunluce has a Public Indemnity Insurance Policy to cover any fault to the venue itself. Proof of insurance must be provided to us prior to the event. Failure to do so may lead to the cancellation of the event.
